Together for the future of education

The initiative aims at showing stakeholders that methodological changes in education can be achieved together, within the any given community.

The project will involve both disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged student communities in the production of participatory films in which young people will present their views on both their own schools and the wider education sector. The films are then shown in schools to teachers and students in local screenings, where they use drama pedagogy tools and forum theatre methods to create strategies for making education more effective in schools, whether it is about methodology, use of tools or student involvement. The initiative involves school communities in several phases to introduce them to participatory filmmaking and community decision-making methods.

To promote the initiative, participating students will actively use social media platforms to report on their experience and the importance of expressing their views. The results of the project will also be presented through a conference, a publication and the media.
