The RIGHT Interest - Endorsing EU accessibility rights of the disabled in the internet world

CERV-F-2023-0270
IT Foundation for the Visually Impaired
Budapest

Although according to law, all public webpages must be accessible for the visually impaired according, most of them don't comply with requirements. The initiative aims at examining and developing these pages on the one hand, and offers training for lawyers in order to stand up efficiently against injurious practices on the other.

A study will be written about the examined pages. Based on that, a communication campaign will be initiated describing how appropriate complaints can be submitted on this matter to the wider public. Thus, the combination of expert activities and empowered civil initiatives will contribute to removing obstacles in the broad digital world.
