Lakhatás és részvételiség: önkéntesek és tapasztalati szakértők bevonása lakhatási programok megvalósításába

On our study trip we will explore good practices of participation of volunteers and people with lived experience in housing programmes. Utcáról Lakásba! Egyesület (From Streets to Homes Association; FSHA) has relied heavily on volunteering since its foundation: our renovations are unimaginable without the work of our volunteers. We already have seven older tenants mentoring our newer tenants in our peer support group, and the mentors and the mentees also participate in the thematic group for new tenants and those about to move in. In our study trip, we would like to explore further ways and means of involving volunteers and people with lived experience (beneficiaries of our programmes). We want to incorporate what we learn on the study trip into the operation of FSHA and the development of our programmes and then disseminate the practices we develop to the professional and wider public.
