The programme focuses on families affected by addiction and substance abuse. Campaigns, training and personal assistance will reduce the risk factors for families living with substance abuse, and sensitise and educate society, and combat stigmatisation. People living in such families not only lack access to appropriate legal, health and mental health care, but are also disadvantaged in educational institutions and workplaces, and do not know where to turn for effective help with their problems. At the same time, the educators and support professionals who come into contact with them are not equipped to deal with such a complex problem. Society is stigmatising, exclusionary, unable and unwilling to recognise the depth of the problem because of low level of awareness. That is why, over the 10-month programme, 2 online campaigns target a wide section of society with sensitising and educational content, and directly concerned families are also made aware of the programme. face-to-face training and an online manual help for social, child protection and education professionals in contact with the primary target group, to increase their effectiveness to get into treatment as early as possible. The programme creates a long-term perspective for preventing social exclusion and equal access.
