The project aims to develop the Fairy Tale Trail programme, created by the association, to promote fundamental human rights through stories. The trail's unique and well-tested educational method is suited to lead children and families to learn about difficult-to-understand subjects such as fundamental human rights. The implementation starts with a fairy tale research, where the most relevant fairy tales on human’s and children's rights will be selected, and mobile trails and activities will be developed, based on lesson plans helps to familiarise teachers in the schools with the methodology. A special feature of the trail is to reach families who do not have access or understanding of similar information. The basic idea is that fairy tales educate without any age or any level of understanding. The presentation of specially adapted fairy tales as adventure trails is an innovative experiential educational tool which addresses all 9 domains of intelligence. Similar to the 'storytelling' tools used in the business world, it can convey information through stories. The project provides a unique opportunities for the organisations involved to develop their skills, trails will help the host CSOs in many different ways, broadening their scope, enriching their activities, meanwhile opening new opportunities for further educational activities of the association. The methodology of storytelling developed for the transfer of EU rights will be integrated into teacher training and the mobile story houses will be an excellent tool for networking with national and international partners for the implementation of the Travelling Storytelling Tours.
