The project aims to promote education of human rights and values and the social integration of Roma children. Its tool is the Roma Rights and Values Education and Training Programme, which is being developed for children aged 8-10-14. The planned 24 interactive sessions over 9 months provides understanding and promotion of human rights and values, as well as promoting social inclusion and equal opportunities, and strengthening partnerships and cooperation with Roma communities. The programme involves 18 young Roma students from local Tanoda. Roma families and communities are directly affected and also have an important role to support children and help the project succeed. It is planned to involve parents of the young people concerned through volunteering, so that an additional 10 people will be actively engaged in the implementation of the programme. Through community events, interactive activities and inclusive pedagogical methods ensured that children, young people and their families have access to the right information, their values are presented and protected. The planned work programme builds on existing organisational relationships and involves new CSOs with expertise in the relevant field. The results and success of the project measured by a questionnaire which shows the changes of students' values in relation to equal opportunities and their relationship with majority society.
