A Living Library for Human Rights network is being built within the framework of the project, for which methodological summary material is being prepared. The involvement and training of CSOs and service providers open to organise Living Library events supports networking, resulting in the implementation of independent Living Library for Human Rights programmes.
The 2 direct target groups are young people in higher education and the 4 new CSOs and service providers to be involved through their members, volunteers and service providers. The cooperation with the College allows for the implementation of regular additional Living Library programmes. One of the results of the project is a long-term cooperation with umbrella organisations of higher education colleges, which gives a wide range of students access to the opportunity to get to know disadvantaged and minority people in a personal way. Cooperation is strengthened by further expanding the network with the 4 organisations involved, and by implementing joint programmes, projects and applications. Two CSOs and two professional care organisations in Budapest and in the countryside (for refugees, people with mental disorders and addictions, people with disabilities) trained to organise independent Living Book programmes. Ongoing communication activities include social media presentations and short films.
