The project aims to combat discrimination and mobbing in the labour market. The target groups of the project are unemployed people, workers, employers, NGOs, public institutions and artists who have encountered mobbing and discrimination in the workplace and who feel motivated to take action against it. Main activities: self-help club, development of a support methodology, training of volunteer helpers, pre-employment training for young people starting their careers, training and coaching of employers, ongoing counselling, organisation of public forums with invited experts, video film competition and festival, job advertisement monitoring, slam poetry festival, series of articles on the topic, networking of volunteer helpers, capacity building. As a result of the project, it is expected that incidents of mobbing and discrimination in the labour market will decrease, workers will become more aware of how to recognise and respond to them, and will be able to join forces with others to improve the situation. It will also be clear to employers that fundamental human rights must not be subordinated to economic interests and must be safeguarded in all ways. Dialogue will also be launched with public labour market and social institutions. The capacity and professional resources of our Foundation are developing.
