The goal of the project is to create a complex prevention process that, by using several methods together, achieves a change in knowledge and attitude that helps the members of the directly reached target group not to become victims or perpetrators of intimate partner violence. Target groups: Children and young people aged 14-24, studying in public and higher education.
Methodology
- Complex theater education performance (Theatre in Education - TiE): theater education program, in which scenes created with the tools of the theater, sequences of scenes and the conversations related to them, as well as forms of processing and reflection realized through interactive work, based on specific aesthetics form a dramaturgically organic unit.
- Mental health support: a mental health support specialist will always be present at the lectures, who can provide acute help for any emotional shocks that may arise.
- Drama pedagogy: during the processing seminars, the participants think about the performance further and in independent, small group work, they present an imagined situation one year from now, as a possible continuation of the play. The resulting live images are processed in large group work.
- Frontal presentation: holding an informative presentation for the young people who attended the presentation as part of the processing seminars.
The experiences and results of the project and the research carried out and its results will be published online in a suitable study volume.
