The initiative aims to improve local child protection cooperation in Pécs in the short term. The practical application of a trauma-informed approach among the signalling system institutions and the development of a common strategy of action are important parts of this cooperation. The project will improve the functioning of the signalling system at city level, develop protocols of action and will also lead to a process of awareness-raising among the staff of child protection and social, health and victim protection institutions in the city.
