The aim of the initiative was to strengthen the public presence of local communities and to establish a national, cooperation-based network. Coordinated by Civil Rádió, the programme supported participants through training, mentoring and joint content development in presenting the affairs of their own settlements in the public sphere more consciously and effectively.
Civil actors and communities from various settlements joined in, working through their own local issues by producing audio materials, articles and other media content. The mentoring and the joint workshops contributed to developing participants' communication and editorial skills, as well as to strengthening their confidence in speaking out on public matters.
As a result of the initiative, a network of correspondents was strengthened, and methodological and professional practices emerged that can be applied beyond the project period. The participating communities became more active players in their own public sphere, the visibility of local issues increased in their settlements, and they became involved in public life more consciously and in a more organised way.
